Father’s Day is almost here. On June 18th, families will be showing their gratitude to their dads and other fatherly figures (uncles, grandpas and mentors) in their lives. Traditionally, people will present their dad with a card and a pair of socks. This year, we suggest mixing it up a little by taking them out for a day that they deserve.

After tasting different foods, your party can head to the Westfield Open-Air Cinema to round off the night. There will be blockbusters from Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm and other Hollywood hits for you to be enthralled by.

Family activities

A day out at the zoo or aquarium is always popular for a group consisting of young children family members. ZSL Whipsnade Zoo located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire is the biggest zoo in the UK. Paradise Wildlife Park in Brobourne, Hertfordshire is the only place in the UK which is home to all give big cats: jaguars, leopards, snow leopards, tigers and lions. SEA LIFE London Aquarium is another excellent choice. Its abundant sea creatures, from magnificent Sharks to delicate sea horses never fail to delight visitors. You could just keep it simple and roller skate in a park as a family, perhaps in Hyde Park.
