Named after L.S Lowry, a 20th-century artist famous for his paintings of industrialised northwest England, the Lowry is a theatre and gallery in Salford Quays. At the digital art shows, you can expect to find an incredible use of sound, dance and visual art to create a stunning immersive experience from world-class digital artists. There’s a waterside terrace restaurant, Pier Eight that overlooks the Manchester Ship Canal, so you can enjoy an afternoon tea, a hearty meal or just a refreshing drink with a beautiful view.
